Pony Creek Belle Tent comfortably sleeps (6) people with a maximum capacity of (10). We provide (1) King Bed, (2) Twin mattresses and (2) Twin sleeping pads. There is room for sleeping bags on the floor.

Both beds are equipped with a down-alternative comforter, bamboo and cotton sheets, and two extra blankets. The sleeping pads and extra mattress do not come with comforters or extra blankets, so please plan accordingly. Nights can become very cool (mid-low 50’s in the summer).

You will find extra mattresses under the king frame, under the twin frame and under the top twin mattress.

Please do not move or remove furniture from the tent, including lanterns, pillows, blankets or chairs. Moving furniture can tear the tent floor.

Please leave shoes on the rubber indoor mat or two entrance mats provided. It is very difficult to clean mud and dirt from the rugs in the tent.

We have provided a fire ring for cooking and cozy firepit gatherings. Please keep all fire in the pit and away from the tent, platform and surrounding foliage. Please extinguish fires when finished.

We have provided indoor glamping lanterns for your convenience. They have charging capacity for phones but they don’t last long so please

come prepared with a way to charge devices. On low light they last up to 20 hours. On full light, they last up to 4 hours. Please bring your own flashlights for use outdoors.

The tent can be quite warm in the afternoon and the windows provide a nice cross-breeze, but please keep the net window flaps and doors zipped in place to keep out bugs and wildlife.

We will provide you with firewood for $10/bundle (please note before arrival). Please don’t chop down any of our trees, but there is plenty of dead wood in the surrounding forest.

There is a water spicket for non-potable water. (washing only)

The fairy lights in your tent, as well as the lights on the umbrella, are all solar. They have small black panels with power buttons if you wish to turn them off.

Please bring garbage bags and pack out whatever you pack in.

We love furry friends!

If your furry friend is glamping with you, please bring waste bags and have them do their business away from the campsite. Also, we ask that animals stay off of furniture and keep treats out of the tent since it can attract unwanted guests.

THERE ARE WILD ANIMALS!

Wolves, bears, coyotes, and mountain lions live in the region. To ensure we never attract these neighbors please take all precautions. Keep food in secured containers away from the tent. Please review the link provided with information on camping, animal and fire safety.
